But our Yoga Sir makes it possible.... He always encourage us... He has deep knowledge and experience in yoga...He makes yoga accessible and acceptable to everyone irrespective of age...We enjoy our yoga classes, learn new types of yoga, feel very relaxed and flexible.. If you want to improve your health this is the highly recommended place...

Now let me tell you about my Trainer Mr. Biswa is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health.

Great setup coupled with trained and helpful trainers make this gym stand out of the croud in the whole of Shibpur locality.. Truly a multigym experience.

It's named the best gym in all of Howrah for a reason. Totally justified, in every aspect. Excellent variety of training, quite nicely equipped, amazingly well-designed, skilled and qualified trainers, airy and spacious, including steam-bath facilities as well! I have been a member since the past year and overall, it's been an absolutely win experience to improve my health, keep a healthy metabolism and maintain a good physique:)

It's already been 3 years since I have been hitting this gym. In this gym there are very good trainers. My trainer:- Shubhra Laha Sir. He is genuinely professional, from my experience, even very friendly. There are as many ways to exercise as there are individuals. In conclusion, it has been a good experience. Love this gym. It's been 10 months, i am doing my workout in this Gym, trust me this is the best unisex gym with  reasonable price in Howrah. The Gym environment is really good and trainers are so helpful and friendly.Thay are  providing  good facilities. My trainer Subhra laha who can help me and motivate me  to achive my fitness goal. Ram sir is a highly experienced veteran Yoga Trainer.  His deep knowledge and ability to teach students of all ages have helped many of his practitioners heal themselves, maintain a good health and also win medals and prizes in competitions. He is compassionate to his students and a an active man in the local community.

It's a overall very good gym from every point of view, me and my younger brother both are been here for last few years, trainers pay attention to both of us equally. All trainers are very decent and facilities are amazing here.

Best gym I had seen so far..especially they had a trainer called subhro laha..getting trained under him means so much fun..completely satisfied with my workout schedule..I wish every gym has such friendly and helpful trainer for such good guidance and motivation.

This gym is good in this area for beginners and to some extent for professionals. The area of the gym is quite big which is a very good thing. Even during the busy time you can freely do your exercise. They have good trainers and equipments. Trainers are very helpful. They always guide you and help you to perform the rights exercise. They always perform the maintenance of the equipments. Steam bath they have but not sure whether that works. Also they don't have any message option. Overall for gym purpose this is good choice.

The great place in howrah for gym as well as yoga.. 2000 sqft area is making this gym more effective for body builders as well for fitness students. Trainers are friendly and helpful. Great experience from my side..

I have been joined the Zero Yoga at Howrah near Ola Bibi  Temple on 2nd July, 24 after my retirement in oder to keep my mind & body in fresh and fit condition. I am in this respect can say the Zero Gym - Yoga is an awasome body exercise centre at Howrah. Good environments , good trainers and reasonable training cost

Good ambitious. All equipment are well organised. Trainer are also very helpful. Music system are also very nice" Bose " music . All together it is a full package for the people who wants to join . And it is one the biggest in howrah.
